Laser Chair
NL: Deze stoel is gemaakt van lasers. Ja, je hoort het goed: lasers.
Door een combinatie van plexiglasstaven en spiegels verbinden de lasers zich tot de vorm van een stoel. Een herkenbare basisvorm, opgebouwd uit strakke lijnen van felgroen licht. Het object speelt met perceptie, materiaal en ruimte, waardoor een bijna futuristische verschijning ontstaat die lijkt te zweven tussen realiteit en illusie.
EN : This chair is made out of lasers. Yes, you heard that right: lasers.
Through a combination of plexiglass rods and mirrors, the lasers connect to form the shape of a chair. A recognizable and essential form, constructed from sharp lines of bright green light. The object plays with perception, material, and space, creating an almost futuristic appearance that seems to exist somewhere between reality and illusion.
Tire lounge chair
NL Dit is een ontwerp voor een loungestoel, volledig opgebouwd uit fietsbanden.
Het project draait om het upcyclen van materialen en het herwaarderen van iets dat normaal gesproken wordt weggegooid. Waarom zou je dit materiaal niet kunnen gebruiken voor decoratieve objecten of design? Vanuit die gedachte ben ik aan de slag gegaan, met dit ontwerp als resultaat.
Het belangrijkste uitgangspunt was dat de verschillende profielen en texturen van de banden zichtbaar blijven in het ontwerp. Hierdoor ontstaat een uniek oppervlak waarin het oorspronkelijke materiaal en zijn karakter centraal staan.
EN This is a lounge chair design entirely constructed from bicycle tires.
The project focuses on upcycling materials and rethinking the value of something that is usually discarded. Why shouldn’t this material be used for decorative objects or design? That question became the starting point for this project, resulting in this piece.
The main focus was to preserve the different patterns and textures of the tires within the design. This creates a unique surface where the original material and its character remain clearly visible.
Rattan Lighting Collection
NL : Deze collectie bestaat uit twee lampen, gemaakt van gedroogde houten stammen uit de natuur in combinatie met rotan houtmanden die volledig een tweede leven hebben gekregen binnen dit ontwerp.
Het idee dat deze materialen een tweede kans krijgen, geeft het design een warme en cozy uitstraling. Wanneer het licht door het rotan schijnt, ontstaat er een zachte en gezellige sfeer die het natuurlijke karakter van de materialen versterkt.
En : This collection consists of two lamps, made from naturally dried wooden trunks combined with rattan wood baskets that have been completely repurposed within this design.
The idea of giving these materials a second life creates a warm and cozy atmosphere. As the light shines through the rattan, it produces a soft and inviting glow that enhances the natural character of the materials.

Blue Lagoon Coffee Table
NL : De Blue Lagoon is een eiken salontafel waarbij de poten uit elkaar zijn gehaald en opnieuw verbonden met epoxy. Hierdoor ontstaat de illusie dat de poten nooit echt met elkaar verbonden zijn geweest.
Dit effect wordt versterkt door het tafelblad, dat visueel wordt gescheiden door een rivier van epoxy die door het midden van de tafel loopt. De combinatie van massief eikenhout en transparante details creëert een spannend contrast tussen natuur en illusie.
EN : The Blue Lagoon is an oak coffee table in which the legs are separated and reconnected using epoxy. This creates the illusion that the legs were never truly connected in the first place.
The effect is enhanced by the tabletop, which is visually divided by an epoxy river flowing through the center of the table. The combination of solid oak wood and transparent details creates a striking contrast between nature and illusion.
Carbon Floating Desk
Dit bureau creëert de illusie dat het zweeft, vooral wanneer je kijkt naar het eikenhouten ladeblok. Door de slimme constructie lijkt het blad los in de ruimte te hangen.

This desk creates the illusion of floating, especially when looking at the oak drawer unit. Thanks to the construction, the tabletop appears to hover freely in space.
The desktop is entirely made from carbon fiber, making the desk not only extremely lightweight but also exceptionally strong. Combined with the metal underframe, the design brings together in balance
